We booked late, and the only room that fit. Our criteria was on the second floor. The gentleman at the desk helped us carry things up and make sure I could get up there with my cane. We were too late for breakfast in the morning, so he offered us some boiled eggs. He was very kind and helpful.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and personable. He asked me about my drive, how long it was (18 hours) and he seemed truly apologetic that they were out of smoking rooms.

I thought I had paid Booking, but the manager at check-in said I had not. I did pay him with credit card so I will dispute one of the charges if they both show up.

No breakfast was available because of some issue with property owner.
